ON TIME CLOSING GUARANTEE
We guarantee to close your purchase transaction on / or before the date stated in your purchase contract. Or we will refund you $250, if delays from United Country Home Mortgage, LLC, third parties, changes in contract or buyer or seller delays. To be eligible the borrower must make a complete mortgage application with in 48 hours of the purchase contract date (including all required documentation or any request for additional documentation) with United Country Home Mortgage, LLC and provide a completed purchase contract within two days of the contract date. The purchase contract must provide for, at minimum, a 30 calendar day period to close the mortgage starting from the date of the final acceptance by all parties of the purchase agreement. This guarantee is NOT AVAILABLE for any transaction if a mortgage application is taken less than 30 calendar days prior to closing or on refinance, investment transactions. You must close and funds disburse on your loan through United Country® Home Mortgage, LLC and affiliate of US Bank National Association. Certain government programs and other loan programs offered by United Country® Home Mortgages, LLC are not eligible for the Closing Guarantee. Any guarantee fee or refund will be paid at the discretion of United Country® Home Mortgage, LLC.

CLOSING COST GUARANTEE
United Country® Home Mortgage, LLC will guarantee the costs quoted on your FINAL United Country® Home Mortgage, LLC as defined on the Good Faith Estimate allowable and within tolerance adjustment. When you close and disburse your first mortgage transaction with United Country® Home Mortgage, LLC. United Country® Home Mortgage, LLC at its discretion may give a credit at closing or issue funds to the borrower after closing.
